🥤 Homemade Berry Liqueur

Ingredients
- lemons 3 pcs.
- sugar 300 g
- cinnamon pinch
- blueberries, fresh 250 g
- vodka 600 ml
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemons thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the zest thinly from two lemons using a vegetable peeler.
- 3. Cut all lemons in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Pour the lemon juice into a pot and add water if necessary until you have exactly 250 milliliters.
- 5. Add the sugar to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6. Add the lemon zest to the boiling syrup.
- 7. Let the mixture simmer gently for about one minute.
- 8. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 9. Stir in the cinnamon and the frozen berries.
- 10. Let the mixture cool down completely.
- 11. Pour the cooled fruit syrup mixture into a large container.
- 12. Mix the mixture with vodka.
- 13. Cover the container.
- 14. Place the container in a cool, dark place.
- 15. Let the liqueur infuse for about 12 weeks.
- 16. Strain the finished berry liqueur through a sieve.
- 17. Fill the liqueur into clean bottles.
- 18. Seal the bottles tightly.
