Ingredients
- mixed berries, frozen 300 g
- bananas 2 pcs.
- yogurt, plain 500 g
- honey 1 tbsp
- cashew nuts 4 tbsp
- chia seeds 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Thaw the mixed berries. Peel the bananas and slice them. In a tall container, blend the berries. Then, mix the yogurt into the berry puree and sweeten with honey to taste.
- 2. Distribute the berry yogurt into small bowls and top with banana slices, cashews, and chia seeds.
