Ingredients
- raspberries, frozen 200 g
- blueberries, frozen 200 g
- yogurt, plain 400 g
- mint, fresh 5 g
Instructions
- 1. Best let the berries thaw overnight. In a tall container, blend 200 g of yogurt together with the raspberries until smooth. Clean the container and blend the remaining yogurt with the blueberries. Wash the mint, pat dry, and pick off the leaves.
- 2. Layer the berry yogurt mixture alternately into glasses. Decorate with fresh mint and enjoy either for breakfast or as a snack. Bon appétit!
