  1. 1. Peel the bananas, cut them into chunks, and place them in the freezer. You can freeze them one day or at least four hours in advance.
  2. 2. Take the raspberries and blueberries out of the package. Wash them thoroughly in a sieve under running water.
  3. 3. Let the excess water drain off the berries.
  4. 4. Take the frozen bananas out of the freezer.
  5. 5. Place the dates, frozen bananas, mixed frozen berries, peanut kernels, almond milk, and oat flakes into a tall container.
  6. 6. Take the immersion blender.
  7. 7. Blend all ingredients until a smooth mixture forms.
  8. 8. Check the consistency. The smoothie should be very thick.
  9. 9. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk gradually until you reach the desired thickness.
  10. 10. Take four bowls.
  11. 11. Divide the finished smoothie evenly among the four bowls.
  12. 12. Take one quarter of the fresh raspberries and add them as a topping to each bowl.
  13. 13. Take one quarter of the fresh blueberries and add them as a topping to each bowl.
  14. 14. Sprinkle chia seeds over each bowl.
  15. 15. Add whole or chopped almonds as a topping to each bowl.
  16. 16. Finally, sprinkle the bowls with coconut flakes.
  17. 17. Serve the bowls immediately and enjoy.
