🥤 Fruity Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- Bananas 4 pcs
- Raspberries, fresh 40 g
- Blueberries, fresh 40 g
- Soft Dates, dried and pitted 8 pcs
- Berry mix, frozen 250 g
- Peanuts 50 g
- Almond drink 500 ml
- Oat flakes, fine 80 g
- Chia seeds 4 tbsp
- Almonds, whole 50 g
- Coconut flakes 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas, cut them into chunks, and place them in the freezer. You can freeze them one day or at least four hours in advance.
- 2. Take the raspberries and blueberries out of the package. Wash them thoroughly in a sieve under running water.
- 3. Let the excess water drain off the berries.
- 4. Take the frozen bananas out of the freezer.
- 5. Place the dates, frozen bananas, mixed frozen berries, peanut kernels, almond milk, and oat flakes into a tall container.
- 6. Take the immersion blender.
- 7. Blend all ingredients until a smooth mixture forms.
- 8. Check the consistency. The smoothie should be very thick.
- 9. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk gradually until you reach the desired thickness.
- 10. Take four bowls.
- 11. Divide the finished smoothie evenly among the four bowls.
- 12. Take one quarter of the fresh raspberries and add them as a topping to each bowl.
- 13. Take one quarter of the fresh blueberries and add them as a topping to each bowl.
- 14. Sprinkle chia seeds over each bowl.
- 15. Add whole or chopped almonds as a topping to each bowl.
- 16. Finally, sprinkle the bowls with coconut flakes.
- 17. Serve the bowls immediately and enjoy.
