Ingredients
- Raspberries, fresh 150 g
- Blackberries, fresh 150 g
- Bananas 1 pc.
- Skyr, plain 500 g
- Almonds, whole 20 g
- Raisins 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the raspberries and blackberries thoroughly. Peel the banana. In a tall container, puree the skyr together with the fruits and sweeten to taste with honey.
- 2. Distribute the berry skyr evenly onto bowls and garnish with almonds and raisins. Enjoy your meal! Tip: You can also use frozen fruits for the skyr. Let them thaw for about 15 minutes before pureeing to enjoy a refreshingly icy texture.
