🥤 Berry Mint Lemonade

Ingredients
- Strawberries 150 g
- Raspberries, fresh 150 g
- Blueberries, fresh 150 g
- Organic limes 1 pc.
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Mint, fresh 10 g
- Soda water, classic 800 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries thoroughly, remove the strawberry stems, and puree everything in a tall container. Halve a lime, squeeze out the juice, and mix 2 tbsp of the juice with the sugar and the pureed berries.
- 2. Rinse the mint, shake it briefly to dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them finely. Add the chopped mint to the berry puree and top up with soda water. Serve the berry mint lemonade well chilled. Cheers! Tip: You can also use frozen fruit instead of fresh.
