🍰 Berry Yogurt Trifle

Ingredients
- butter cookies 200 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- yogurt, plain 400 g
- honey 2 tbsp
- raspberries, fresh 100 g
- blueberries, fresh 200 g
- strawberries 200 g
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- sugar 10 g
- mint, fresh 5 g
Instructions
- 1. Put butter cookies into the mixing container.
- 2. Crush the cookies for 10 seconds on speed 5.
- 3. Transfer the cookie crumbs into a bowl.
- 4. Cut a lemon in half.
- 5. Squeeze the lemon.
- 6. Add yogurt, honey, and one tablespoon of lemon juice to the mixing container.
- 7. Mix the ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 3.
- 8. Transfer the yogurt cream into a bowl.
- 9. Wash the berries.
- 10. Drain the berries.
- 11. Remove the leaves from the strawberries.
- 12. Halve or quarter the strawberries, depending on their size.
- 13. Put half of the berries into the mixing container.
- 14. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 15. Add vanilla sugar.
- 16. Add sugar.
- 17. Crush the mixture for 15 seconds on speed 4.
- 18. Warm the berry sauce for 10 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
- 19. Fold in the remaining berries into the sauce using a spatula.
- 20. Wash the mint.
- 21. Shake the mint dry.
- 22. Pluck the mint leaves off.
- 23. Layer cookie crumbs, yogurt cream, and berries alternately into glasses.
- 24. Garnish the trifle with mint.
- 25. Serve the trifle.
