  2. 2. Crush the cookies for 10 seconds on speed 5.
  3. 3. Transfer the cookie crumbs into a bowl.
  4. 4. Cut a lemon in half.
  5. 5. Squeeze the lemon.
  6. 6. Add yogurt, honey, and one tablespoon of lemon juice to the mixing container.
  7. 7. Mix the ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 3.
  8. 8. Transfer the yogurt cream into a bowl.
  9. 9. Wash the berries.
  10. 10. Drain the berries.
  11. 11. Remove the leaves from the strawberries.
  12. 12. Halve or quarter the strawberries, depending on their size.
  13. 13. Put half of the berries into the mixing container.
  14. 14. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
  15. 15. Add vanilla sugar.
  16. 16. Add sugar.
  17. 17. Crush the mixture for 15 seconds on speed 4.
  18. 18. Warm the berry sauce for 10 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
  19. 19. Fold in the remaining berries into the sauce using a spatula.
  20. 20. Wash the mint.
  21. 21. Shake the mint dry.
  22. 22. Pluck the mint leaves off.
  23. 23. Layer cookie crumbs, yogurt cream, and berries alternately into glasses.
  24. 24. Garnish the trifle with mint.
  25. 25. Serve the trifle.
