🍰 Berry Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Organic lemons 1 pc.
- Blueberries, fresh 150 g
- Blackberries, fresh 150 g
- Raspberries, fresh 150 g
- Strawberries 400 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 packet
- Butter 50 g
- Brown sugar 50 g
- Wheat flour, Type 405 100 g
- Vanilla ice cream 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 3. Grate about one teaspoon of lemon zest.
- 4. Rinse the berries well.
- 5. Remove the stems from the strawberries.
- 6. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- 7. Place the berries, lemon zest, and vanilla sugar into a bowl.
- 8. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 9. Distribute the fruit mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- 10. Place 50 grams of soft butter, 50 grams of raw cane sugar, and 100 grams of flour into a separate bowl.
- 11. Knead the ingredients together to form a crumble dough.
- 12. Spread the crumble topping evenly over the fruit in the baking dish.
- 13. Bake the crumble in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 14. Take the finished crumble out of the oven.
- 15. Serve the warm crumble with vanilla ice cream.
