Ingredients
- chicken 1 kg
- beer 330 ml
- bell pepper, sweet 2 tbsp
- garlic, granulated 2 tbsp
- salt 1 tbsp
- oil 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Pat the chicken dry inside and out with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Clean the beer can and dry it.
- 4. Open the beer can and pour out about 2 tablespoons of beer.
- 5. Mix the spices with 2 tablespoons of beer in a bowl.
- 6. Rub the chicken inside and out with the spice mixture.
- 7. Preheat the grill and let the coals glow well.
- 8. Place the chicken onto the beer can.
- 9. Place the setup into a baking dish.
- 10. Grill the chicken for 60 to 80 minutes.
- 11. Brush the chicken with a little oil regularly while grilling.
- 12. Remove the chicken from the beer can after cooking.
- 13. Let the chicken cool down briefly.
- 14. Cut the chicken into pieces.
