  1. 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
  2. 2. Mix the chopped garlic in a wide bowl with 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, tomato paste, paprika powder, chili flakes, and salt.
  3. 3. Pierce the tofu block with a skewer densely from top to bottom so it does not break when turning.
  4. 4. Place the tofu in the marinade and let it marinate for about 1 hour.
  5. 5. Turn the tofu once in the marinade after about 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Preheat your grill.
  7. 7. Wash the vegetables and let them drain well.
  8. 8. Peel the lower third of the green asparagus and cut off the woody ends.
  9. 9. Quarter the bell peppers lengthwise, remove the stem and the seeds.
  10. 10. Mix olive oil with your favorite herbs.
  11. 11. Toss the asparagus, peppers, and vine tomatoes in the oil-herb mixture.
  12. 12. Place the vegetables in a baking dish or a closed grill pan.
  13. 13. Cook the vegetables over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  14. 14. Let the tofu and tomatoes drain.
  15. 15. Lightly oil the grill grate.
  16. 16. Place the tofu and tomatoes on the edge of the grill grate.
  17. 17. Grill the tofu for about 8 minutes on each side.
  18. 18. Brush the tofu with the remaining marinade.
  19. 19. Serve the tofu with the grilled vegetables.
  20. 20. Finally, sprinkle everything with salt.
  21. 21. Wash the lime hot and dry it off.
  22. 22. Finely grate the lime zest.
  23. 23. Halve the lime and squeeze out 1 to 2 tablespoons of juice.
  24. 24. Sprinkle the tofu steaks with the lime zest.
  25. 25. Drizzle the grilled vegetables with the lime juice.
