🍽️ BBQ Steak

Ingredients
- yellow onions 2 pcs.
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- olive oil 2 tbsp.
- ketchup 150 g
- honey 40 g
- light balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp.
- salt pinch
- ground chili 0.25 tsp.
- sweet paprika 0.5 tsp.
- pork neck steaks 600 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onions in half, peel them, and dice them finely. Peel and mince the garlic.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and sauté the onions with the garlic for about 2 minutes until translucent. Add ketchup, honey, and vinegar, season with salt, chili, and paprika, and simmer for about 7–10 minutes until it thickens, then let it cool.
- 3. Wash the steaks, pat them dry, and coat them with three-quarters of the barbecue sauce. Cover and let marinate for about 2 hours or overnight.
- 4. Grill the steaks on a hot grill for about 3 minutes on each side, basting them several times with the remaining barbecue sauce.
