  1. 1. Cut the onions in half, peel them, and dice them finely. Peel and mince the garlic.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and sauté the onions with the garlic for about 2 minutes until translucent. Add ketchup, honey, and vinegar, season with salt, chili, and paprika, and simmer for about 7–10 minutes until it thickens, then let it cool.
  3. 3. Wash the steaks, pat them dry, and coat them with three-quarters of the barbecue sauce. Cover and let marinate for about 2 hours or overnight.
  4. 4. Grill the steaks on a hot grill for about 3 minutes on each side, basting them several times with the remaining barbecue sauce. Enjoy your meal!
