Ingredients
- meat sausage in one piece 1 pc.
- onions, red 1 pc.
- pickles 4 pcs.
- chives, fresh 10 g
- mustard 1 tsp
- sunflower oil 3 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Remove the sausage from the casing.
- 2. Slice the sausage into thin rounds.
- 3. Cut the sausage slices into thin strips.
- 4. Halve the onion.
- 5. Peel the onion.
- 6. Cut the onion into strips.
- 7. Place the cucumbers in a colander.
- 8. Let the cucumbers drain.
- 9. Catch the draining liquid in a bowl.
- 10. Slice the cucumbers.
- 11. Wash the chives.
- 12. Shake the chives dry.
- 13. Cut the chives into rings.
- 14. Mix the collected cucumber water with the mustard and oil in the bowl.
- 15. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 16. Add the cucumbers, onions, and sausage strips to the bowl.
- 17. Toss everything well with the dressing.
- 18. Let the salad marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 19. Taste the salad again before serving.
- 20. Garnish the salad with the chive rings.
