Ingredients
- Tree cake 1 pc
- Melting chocolate, dark 250 g
- Cinnamon pinch
- Cardamom, ground pinch
- Sugar pearls 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with about 500 milliliters of water and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a metal bowl.
- 3. Place the metal bowl over the hot pot to create a double boiler and melt the chocolate inside.
- 4. Stir in the spices gradually and taste to adjust the flavor.
- 5. Cut the Baumkuchen into pieces about 4 centimeters thick.
- 6. Insert each piece onto a wooden stick.
- 7. Dip the sticks into the melted chocolate.
- 8. Let the coated sticks drip dry on baking paper.
- 9. Decorate the pops with sugar pearls.
- 10. Place the Baumkuchen pops in a cup and let them cool down.
- 11. Serve the finished treats after they have cooled.
