  2. 2. Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a metal bowl.
  3. 3. Place the metal bowl over the hot pot to create a double boiler and melt the chocolate inside.
  4. 4. Stir in the spices gradually and taste to adjust the flavor.
  5. 5. Cut the Baumkuchen into pieces about 4 centimeters thick.
  6. 6. Insert each piece onto a wooden stick.
  7. 7. Dip the sticks into the melted chocolate.
  8. 8. Let the coated sticks drip dry on baking paper.
  9. 9. Decorate the pops with sugar pearls.
