  1. 1. Rinse the chives, shake off the water and cut into small rings. In a bowl, whisk the quark and cream with a whisk until the mixture is creamy, then stir in the chives. Season with salt, pepper and vinegar.
  2. 2. Wash the radishes thoroughly, trim the ends and slice thinly. Wash the dill as well, dry it and pluck off the fine tips.
  3. 3. Distribute the chive quark evenly on the farmers' bread, top with radishes and garnish with the dill tips. Enjoy your meal!
