🍳 Bauernbrot with Chive Quark and Radishes

Ingredients
- chives, fresh 10 g
- quark 40% fat in total 250 g
- whipping cream 50 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- vinegar 1 tsp
- radishes 1 bunch
- dill, fresh 5 g
- mild farmers' bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chives, shake off the water and cut into small rings. In a bowl, whisk the quark and cream with a whisk until the mixture is creamy, then stir in the chives. Season with salt, pepper and vinegar.
- 2. Wash the radishes thoroughly, trim the ends and slice thinly. Wash the dill as well, dry it and pluck off the fine tips.
- 3. Distribute the chive quark evenly on the farmers' bread, top with radishes and garnish with the dill tips. Enjoy your meal!
