Ingredients
- dill, fresh 20 g
- quark 40 % fat in total 250 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- radishes 1 bunch
- farmers mild bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the dill thoroughly, shake off the water, remove the thick stems and chop finely. In a bowl, stir the quark until creamy, season with salt and pepper, and mix in the chopped dill.
- 2. Clean the radishes thoroughly, trim the ends and grate coarsely. Fold the radishes into the quark mixture.
- 3. Serve the radish-dill quark on the farmers bread and enjoy. Bon appétit!
