  4. 4. Cover the bowl and let the mixture rest for ten minutes.
  5. 5. Gradually add the flour and the salt.
  6. 6. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise for about one hour.
  8. 8. Sprinkle some flour on a work surface.
  9. 9. Fold the dough by pulling the edges inward.
  10. 10. Place the dough back into a bowl.
  11. 11. Cover the bowl with a towel.
  12. 12. Let the dough rise for another thirty minutes.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
  14. 14. Turn the dough out into a loaf pan.
  15. 15. Lightly score the top of the bread with a sharp knife.
  16. 16. Reduce the oven temperature to 230 degrees Celsius.
  17. 17. Bake the bread for about seventy minutes.
  18. 18. Remove the bread from the oven.
  19. 19. Let the bread cool completely.
