🍽️ Grill Hotdog with Beef, Corn and Coleslaw

Ingredients
- Beef top sirloin steaks 200 g
- Carrots 1 pc.
- Pointed cabbage 100 g
- Spring onions 1 pc.
- chili pepper Mix 1 pc.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- White wine vinegar 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, colorful pinch
- Corn on the cob, cooked 1 pc.
- Hot dog buns 4 pc.
- Garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Take the steak out of the fridge about 30 minutes before grilling to let it reach room temperature.
- 2. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 3. Cut the carrot and the Napa cabbage into thin strips.
- 4. Slice the spring onions and the pepper into rings.
- 5. Place the cut vegetables into a bowl.
- 6. Add one tablespoon of olive oil, white wine vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 7. Mix everything well until the vegetables are evenly seasoned.
- 8. Preheat your grill.
- 9. Place the steak and the corn cob on the hot grill.
- 10. Grill both until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- 11. Remove the steak and corn from the grill and let them rest for five minutes.
- 12. Slice the steak into thin strips.
- 13. Cut the corn kernels off the cob.
- 14. Place the hotdog buns on the grill to warm them up.
- 15. Spread garlic sauce onto the buns.
- 16. Fill the buns with the coleslaw.
- 17. Add the strips of beef steak on top.
- 18. Garnish with the corn kernels.
