🍽️ Fettuccine with Black Olives and Radicchio

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Radicchio 1 pc.
- salt pinch
- oil 2 tbsp
- olives, black 200 g
- white wine, dry 200 ml
- whipping cream 200 g
- band noodles 500 g
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and peel it.
- 2. Dice the onion finely.
- 3. Peel the garlic.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Wash the radicchio thoroughly.
- 6. Remove the outer leaves from the radicchio.
- 7. Slice the radicchio into strips.
- 8. Bring 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
- 9. Heat oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
- 10. Add the onion and garlic to the pan.
- 11. Sauté the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes.
- 12. Add the black olives.
- 13. Sauté the olives for another 2 minutes.
- 14. Deglaze the pan with wine.
- 15. Add the cream.
- 16. Cover the pan and simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes.
- 17. Cook the fettuccine in the boiling salted water for about 9 minutes until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 18. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 19. Drain the pasta.
- 20. Add the pasta and radicchio to the sauce.
- 21. Serve the fettuccine with black olives and radicchio on plates.
- 22. Enjoy the dish hot.
