🍰 Creamy Banana Pudding

Ingredients
- milk 500 ml
- sugar 2 tbsp
- vanilla pudding powder 1 packet
- whipping cream 100 g
- bananas 4 pcs
- ladyfingers 100 g
- shaved chocolate, dark 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Heat 400 ml of milk in a pot over high heat until it boils.
- 2. Whisk 100 ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and vanilla pudding powder together in a separate bowl until smooth.
- 3. Reduce the heat on the pot to medium.
- 4. Pour the pudding mixture into the hot milk and stir well.
- 5. Let the pudding simmer gently for about 2 minutes while stirring constantly until it becomes creamy.
- 6. Pour the hot pudding into a bowl.
- 7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the pudding cool down.
- 8. Whip cream with a hand mixer and whisk until stiff.
- 9. Peel the bananas and slice them.
- 10. Break the ladyfinger biscuits into rough, small pieces.
- 11. Layer the pudding, biscuit pieces, and banana slices alternately in a glass.
- 12. Garnish the finished pudding with the whipped cream and grated chocolate.
- 13. Serve the pudding and enjoy!
