  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the pizza dough and divide it into two halves. Gently shape each half into a square or circle and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. 2. Wash the lime, cut it in half and squeeze out the juice. Coarsely grate the mozzarella. Peel the bananas, slice them into thin slices and distribute them on the dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top, dust everything with cinnamon and drizzle lime juice over it.
  3. 3. Bake the pizzas one after the other in the oven for about 15 minutes, until they are crispy. In the meantime, wash the mint, shake it dry and pluck off the leaves. Sprinkle the pizzas with it before serving and cut them into pieces. Enjoy your meal!
