Ingredients
- butter 125 g
- Powdered sugar 160 g
- Salt Pinch
- Vanilla sugar 20 g
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Bananas 3 pcs
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- Wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt, plain 75 g
- Hazelnut kernels, whole 50 g
- Raisins 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (top/bottom heat). In a bowl, beat the butter, 150 g powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer and whisk until fluffy. Add the eggs one by one and mix well.
- 2. Peel the bananas, put them in a tall container, and puree them with an immersion blender until smooth. Stir the puree into the batter. Add cinnamon, flour, and baking powder, and mix everything with yogurt until creamy. Roughly chop the nuts and stir them in along with the raisins.
- 3. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in the oven for about 60 minutes until golden brown. Let the cake cool and dust it with the remaining powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
