🍰 Banana Bread Basic Recipe

Ingredients
- bananas 5 pcs
- oil 80 ml
- eggs 2 pcs
- sugar 80 g
- cinnamon pinch
- wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- breadcrumbs 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection). Peel the bananas and mash four bananas with a fork in a bowl. Cut the last banana in half lengthwise.
- 2. Add the oil, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon to the bowl and mix the mixture well with a hand mixer and whisk. Add the flour and baking powder and stir everything into a smooth batter.
- 3. Grease a loaf pan with a little oil and dust with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter evenly into the pan. Place the halved banana on top of the batter, press it down slightly, and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
- 4. Take the banana bread out of the oven, let it cool for a short while, and turn it out of the pan. Cut into pieces and serve. Enjoy!
