  1. 1. Peel the bananas and mash them well in a bowl. Then add flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Gradually stir in eggs, milk, and apple cider vinegar until a slightly thick batter forms.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Using a ladle, pour a quarter of the batter into the pan, forming pancakes about 7 cm in diameter, and cook for about 6 minutes until golden brown. Carefully flip them and cook for another 3 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
  3. 3. Set the finished pancakes aside and repeat the process until all the batter is used up. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy your meal! Tip: You can also use ripe, brown bananas for the pancakes, as they will make them pleasantly sweet.
