Ingredients
- Bananas 2 pcs
- Wheat flour, Type 405 300 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Sugar 30 g
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Milk 200 ml
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Icing sugar 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and mash them well in a bowl. Then add flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Gradually stir in eggs, milk, and apple cider vinegar until a slightly thick batter forms.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Using a ladle, pour a quarter of the batter into the pan, forming pancakes about 7 cm in diameter, and cook for about 6 minutes until golden brown. Carefully flip them and cook for another 3 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
- 3. Set the finished pancakes aside and repeat the process until all the batter is used up. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Enjoy your meal!
Tip: You can also use ripe, brown bananas for the pancakes, as they will make them pleasantly sweet.
