🍰 Fluffy Banana Pancakes with Hemp Seeds and Blueberries

Ingredients
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Milk 200 ml
- Hemp seeds, shelled 6 tbsp
- Wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- Baking powder 0.5 packet
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Blueberries, fresh 200 g
- Honey 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into large chunks.
- 2. Place the banana chunks and the milk into a tall container.
- 3. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until smooth.
- 4. Add 5 tablespoons of hemp seeds, flour, baking powder, eggs, and sugar.
- 5. Mix all ingredients briefly until a thick batter forms.
- 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 7. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the batter into the pan per portion.
- 8. Cook the pancakes for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 9. Flip the pancakes once small bubbles appear on the surface.
- 10. Fry the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- 12. Thoroughly wash the blueberries under running water.
- 13. Plate the finished pancakes.
- 14. Distribute the washed blueberries over the pancakes.
- 15. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds over them.
- 16. Drizzle some honey on top as a garnish.
