  2. 2. Place the banana chunks and the milk into a tall container.
  3. 3. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until smooth.
  4. 4. Add 5 tablespoons of hemp seeds, flour, baking powder, eggs, and sugar.
  5. 5. Mix all ingredients briefly until a thick batter forms.
  6. 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. 7. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the batter into the pan per portion.
  8. 8. Cook the pancakes for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. 9. Flip the pancakes once small bubbles appear on the surface.
  10. 10. Fry the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  12. 12. Thoroughly wash the blueberries under running water.
  13. 13. Plate the finished pancakes.
  14. 14. Distribute the washed blueberries over the pancakes.
  15. 15. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds over them.
  16. 16. Drizzle some honey on top as a garnish.
