🍰 Crunchy Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
- Bananas 200 g
- Butter 250 g
- Sugar 130 g
- Vanilla Sugar 1 packet
- Salt pinch
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Walnuts, ground 50 g
- Whole wheat flour 150 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the banana.
- 3. Place the banana in a bowl.
- 4. Mash the banana thoroughly with a fork.
- 5. Place 125 grams of soft butter in a separate bowl.
- 6. Beat the butter until creamy using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
- 7. Stir 120 grams of sugar into the butter.
- 8. Add vanilla sugar and stir it in.
- 9. Add a pinch of salt and stir it in.
- 10. Add the eggs and mix them in.
- 11. Add the prepared banana puree.
- 12. Add the walnuts.
- 13. Fold everything together gently until you have a uniform mixture.
- 14. Grease the cups of a muffin tin.
- 15. Alternatively, place baking cups into the cups.
- 16. Distribute the batter evenly among the cups.
- 17. Place the tin into the preheated oven.
- 18. Bake the muffins for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 19. Take the muffins out of the oven.
- 20. Carefully loosen the muffins from the tin.
- 21. Place the muffins on a cooling rack.
- 22. Let the muffins cool down completely.
- 23. Serve the muffins lukewarm or cooled down.
