  5. 5. Beat everything with a hand mixer and whisk until frothy.
  6. 6. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  7. 7. Add the milk and the chopped chocolate.
  8. 8. Mix everything into a smooth batter.
  9. 9. Grease the glasses with some fat.
  10. 10. Dust the greased glasses with breadcrumbs.
  11. 11. Fill the batter into the glasses until they are about three-quarters full.
  12. 12. Remove any excess batter, fat, and breadcrumbs from the rims of the glasses.
