🍰 Banana Marble Cake in Glasses

Ingredients
- chocolate, dark 50 g
- bananas 2 pcs.
- butter 200 g
- sugar 200 g
- eggs 3 pcs.
- wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- cocoa powder 4 tbsp
- milk 70 ml
- rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
- breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
- powdered sugar 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.
- 3. Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl with a fork.
- 4. Add the soft butter, sugar, and eggs to the banana mixture.
- 5. Beat everything with a hand mixer and whisk until frothy.
- 6. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
- 7. Add the milk and the chopped chocolate.
- 8. Mix everything into a smooth batter.
- 9. Grease the glasses with some fat.
- 10. Dust the greased glasses with breadcrumbs.
- 11. Fill the batter into the glasses until they are about three-quarters full.
- 12. Remove any excess batter, fat, and breadcrumbs from the rims of the glasses.
- 13. Bake the cakes in the oven for about 40 minutes.
- 14. Carefully remove the cakes from the oven.
- 15. Let the cakes cool down.
- 16. Dust the cooled cakes with powdered sugar.
- 17. Serve the cakes and enjoy!
