🥤 Creamy Banana-Mango Bowl

Ingredients
- Bananas 300 g
- mango 300 g
- Curd cheese, low-fat 250 g
- Agave syrup 2 tbsp
- Blueberries, fresh 100 g
- Coconut flakes 4 tbsp
- Almonds, whole 2 tbsp
- Chia seeds 2 tbsp
- Peanut butter 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into large chunks.
- 2. Add the banana chunks, the mango, the low-fat quark, and the agave syrup to the mixing container.
- 3. Insert the measuring cup and puree the mixture for 40 seconds on speed 10.
- 4. Wash the blueberries and gently pat them dry.
- 5. Pour the smoothie into two bowls.
- 6. Garnish the bowls with the blueberries, coconut flakes, almonds, chia seeds, and a dollop of peanut butter.
