  1. 1. Sweeten the coffee with 2 tablespoons of sugar and place it in the refrigerator. Peel the bananas and mango, and separate the mango flesh from the pit. In a tall container, puree the fruits together with milk and vanilla sugar until smooth, and adjust to taste with more sugar if desired.
  2. 2. Distribute the chilled coffee evenly among 4 glasses and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each. Pour the banana-mango milk over the top, sprinkle with cocoa powder, and serve immediately with a straw. Enjoy your meal!
