🍰 Creamy Banana Coconut Ice Cream with Fresh Blueberries

Ingredients
- Bananas 4 pcs
- Blueberries, fresh 150 g
- Coconut milk 150 ml
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into thick slices.
- 2. Place the banana slices in the freezer compartment.
- 3. Thoroughly rinse the blueberries under running water.
- 4. Dry the berries with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Place the blueberries in the freezer compartment as well.
- 6. Place the can of coconut milk in the refrigerator to chill.
- 7. Take the frozen banana slices out of the freezer.
- 8. Put the banana slices into a tall blender cup.
- 9. Pour the cold coconut milk over the bananas.
- 10. Blend the mixture roughly until the bananas are crushed.
- 11. Add the frozen blueberries to the blender cup.
- 12. Blend everything further until the mass is creamy and smooth.
- 13. Add some sugar if you prefer it sweeter.
- 14. Blend the ice cream briefly to distribute the sugar.
- 15. Distribute the ice cream immediately into small bowls.
- 16. Serve the ice cream directly and enjoy it.
