  1. 1. Peel the bananas.
  2. 2. Place two and a half of the bananas along with the oat flakes, eggs, and oil into a tall container.
  3. 3. Blend the mixture with a hand blender or mixer until smooth.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add one teaspoon of butter to the hot pan and let it melt.
  6. 6. Scoop one quarter of the batter into the pan using a ladle.
  7. 7. Shape the batter into a round pancake with a diameter of about ten centimeters.
  8. 8. Fry the pancake for about six minutes on one side.
  9. 9. Carefully flip the pancake over.
  10. 10. Fry the other side for another three minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and fresh butter.
  12. 12. Slice the remaining half banana into thin slices.
  13. 13. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
  14. 14. Place the pancakes on plates.
  15. 15. Garnish them with the banana slices and walnuts.
  16. 16. Serve the pancakes immediately.
