🍳 Oat Banana Pancakes with Walnuts

Ingredients
- Bananas 3 pcs.
- Oats, fine 200 g
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Oil 40 ml
- Butter 4 tsp
- Walnut kernels 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas.
- 2. Place two and a half of the bananas along with the oat flakes, eggs, and oil into a tall container.
- 3. Blend the mixture with a hand blender or mixer until smooth.
- 4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- 5. Add one teaspoon of butter to the hot pan and let it melt.
- 6. Scoop one quarter of the batter into the pan using a ladle.
- 7. Shape the batter into a round pancake with a diameter of about ten centimeters.
- 8. Fry the pancake for about six minutes on one side.
- 9. Carefully flip the pancake over.
- 10. Fry the other side for another three minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and fresh butter.
- 12. Slice the remaining half banana into thin slices.
- 13. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
- 14. Place the pancakes on plates.
- 15. Garnish them with the banana slices and walnuts.
- 16. Serve the pancakes immediately.
