Ingredients
- Bananas 4 pcs
- Chocolate, dark 100 g
- Oats, fine 160 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the ripe bananas and mash them into a puree in a bowl using a fork.
- 3. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.
- 4. Add the oat flakes and chocolate pieces to the banana mixture and stir everything well.
- 5. Take small portions of the dough with a spoon and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 6. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
- 7. Let the cookies cool down briefly before serving them.
