Ingredients
- white chocolate 200 g
- bananas 4 pcs.
- dark chocolate 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop white chocolate. Bring about 500 ml of water to a boil in a pot. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over the water bath. Peel the bananas and cut them in half crosswise.
- 2. Once the chocolate is melted, skewer the banana halves with the cut side facing down and dip them into the chocolate. Then, place them immediately on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
- 3. Roughly chop dark chocolate. Melt it in another bowl over the water bath. Use the liquid dark chocolate to draw faces on the ghosts and serve the banana ghosts immediately or store them cool and dry.
