- blueberries, frozen 250 g
- bananas 4 pcs.
- milk 750 ml
- honey 1 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces. In a tall container, combine the bananas with the blueberries and milk, and blend everything well. Sweeten to taste with honey, then pour the smoothie into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
