  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  2. 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. 3. Place 3 bananas on the prepared tray.
  4. 4. Bake the bananas in the oven for about 10 minutes until they are soft.
  5. 5. Take the bananas out of the oven.
  6. 6. Peel the bananas and separate the fruit flesh from the skin.
  7. 7. Put peanut butter into a tall container.
  8. 8. Add the soft bananas and a pinch of salt to the peanut butter.
  9. 9. Blend the mixture finely until it is creamy.
  10. 10. Serve the spread with fresh banana slices.
