Ingredients
- Bananas 4 pcs.
- Peanut butter 100 g
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Place 3 bananas on the prepared tray.
- 4. Bake the bananas in the oven for about 10 minutes until they are soft.
- 5. Take the bananas out of the oven.
- 6. Peel the bananas and separate the fruit flesh from the skin.
- 7. Put peanut butter into a tall container.
- 8. Add the soft bananas and a pinch of salt to the peanut butter.
- 9. Blend the mixture finely until it is creamy.
- 10. Serve the spread with fresh banana slices.
