  2. 2. Stir the ingredients with a spoon until they are well combined.
  3. 3. Pour the oil in a thin stream while continuing to stir.
  4. 4. Season the dressing to taste with salt and black pepper.
  5. 5. Pour the finished dressing directly over your salad.
  6. 6. Alternatively, you can fill the dressing into a sealable jar and store it in the refrigerator.
  7. 7. If you prepare the dressing in a 250 ml jar, simply seal it and shake it vigorously.
  8. 8. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for about one week.
