Ingredients
- dark balsamic vinegar 4 tbsp
- mustard 1 tbsp
- honey 1 tbsp
- olive oil 10 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Put the balsamic vinegar, mustard, and honey into a small bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients with a spoon until they are well combined.
- 3. Pour the oil in a thin stream while continuing to stir.
- 4. Season the dressing to taste with salt and black pepper.
- 5. Pour the finished dressing directly over your salad.
- 6. Alternatively, you can fill the dressing into a sealable jar and store it in the refrigerator.
- 7. If you prepare the dressing in a 250 ml jar, simply seal it and shake it vigorously.
- 8. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for about one week.
