🍰 Baklava Yogurt Layer Dessert with Pomegranate

Ingredients
- heavy cream 100 ml
- Greek-style yogurt 500 g
- Cretian mixed flower honey 3 tbsp
- pomegranate 1 pc
- baklava 8 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Whip the cream in a tall container using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment until stiff.
- 2. Stir the Greek yogurt in a separate bowl with two tablespoons of flower honey.
- 3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt-honey mixture.
- 4. Place the yogurt cream in the refrigerator to chill through.
- 5. Cut the pomegranate in half through the middle.
- 6. Score the skin and tap the outside with a spoon until the seeds fall out.
- 7. Cut the baklava pieces into small cubes.
- 8. Layer the baklava cubes, yogurt cream, and pomegranate seeds alternately in glasses or bowls.
- 9. Drizzle the dessert with a little flower honey to taste.
- 10. Serve the finished dessert and enjoy.
