  2. 2. Stir the Greek yogurt in a separate bowl with two tablespoons of flower honey.
  3. 3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt-honey mixture.
  4. 4. Place the yogurt cream in the refrigerator to chill through.
  5. 5. Cut the pomegranate in half through the middle.
  6. 6. Score the skin and tap the outside with a spoon until the seeds fall out.
  7. 7. Cut the baklava pieces into small cubes.
  8. 8. Layer the baklava cubes, yogurt cream, and pomegranate seeds alternately in glasses or bowls.
  9. 9. Drizzle the dessert with a little flower honey to taste.
  10. 10. Serve the finished dessert and enjoy.
