🍰 Baklava Cheesecake

Ingredients
- butter 2 tbsp
- puff pastry 500 g
- baklava 250 g
- cream cheese, plain 300 g
- crème fraîche 200 g
- eggs 2 pcs
- powdered sugar 120 g
Instructions
- 1. Melt the butter in a pot over low heat.
- 2. Line a springform pan with baking paper.
- 3. Place the puff pastry in the pan so that it hangs over the edge.
- 4. Brush the puff pastry with the melted butter.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (convection mode).
- 6. Roughly crush the baklava.
- 7. Mix cream cheese, crème fraîche, eggs, and powdered sugar well in a bowl.
- 8. Spread the cream about 2 cm thick on the puff pastry.
- 9. Smooth the cream.
- 10. Top the cream with half of the baklava pieces.
- 11. Add the remaining cream on top.
- 12. Bake the cake for approx. 30–35 minutes in the oven until the cream is firm.
- 13. Take the Baklava Cheesecake out of the oven.
- 14. Let the cake cool down.
- 15. Sprinkle the cake with the remaining baklava pieces.
