  6. 6. Fry the ground meat for about 5 minutes until it is crumbly.
  7. 7. Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste to the pan.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Let the filling simmer for another 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the pan from the heat and let the filling cool down completely.
  11. 11. Wash the basil leaves under cold water.
  12. 12. Gently dry the leaves with a kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
  14. 14. Finely chop the basil leaves.
  15. 15. Place the cooled meat mixture into a bowl.
  16. 16. Add the cream cheese and the chopped basil.
  17. 17. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
  18. 18. Taste the filling one last time and adjust seasoning if needed.
