  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection). Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Remove the rind from the Gouda and slice it as well. Halve the onion, peel it, and cut it into strips. Halve the baguette lengthwise.
  2. 2. Spread pesto on the bottom baguette halves and top them with tomatoes, onions, and Gouda as desired. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the top halves next to them and bake everything in the oven for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. 3. Take the baguette out of the oven and place the lids on the topped halves. Cut the baguette with tomatoes and Gouda into portions and serve. Enjoy your meal!
