  2. 2. Roast the walnuts without added fat for about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Wash the salad thoroughly.
  4. 4. Spin the washed salad dry.
  5. 5. Slice the baguettes lengthwise through the middle.
  6. 6. Slice the Brie cheese.
  7. 7. Brush the inside surfaces of the baguette halves with butter.
  8. 8. Place the dry salad on the buttered side of the baguettes.
  9. 9. Distribute the Brie slices evenly over the salad.
  10. 10. Spread cranberry jam over the baguettes.
  11. 11. Sprinkle the roasted walnuts on top as decoration.
  12. 12. Place the top halves of the baguettes back on.
