🍽️ Baguette with French Soft Cheese and Cranberries

Ingredients
- walnut kernels 2 tbsp
- salad mix 75 g
- baguette 2 pcs
- brie 200 g
- butter 4 tbsp
- wild cranberries 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a pan over medium heat.
- 2. Roast the walnuts without added fat for about 2 minutes.
- 3. Wash the salad thoroughly.
- 4. Spin the washed salad dry.
- 5. Slice the baguettes lengthwise through the middle.
- 6. Slice the Brie cheese.
- 7. Brush the inside surfaces of the baguette halves with butter.
- 8. Place the dry salad on the buttered side of the baguettes.
- 9. Distribute the Brie slices evenly over the salad.
- 10. Spread cranberry jam over the baguettes.
- 11. Sprinkle the roasted walnuts on top as decoration.
- 12. Place the top halves of the baguettes back on.
- 13. Serve the finished dish.
