🍳 Baguette with Trout Cream and Egg

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Onions, yellow 1 pc
- Trout fillet, smoked 250 g
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Baguette 2 pcs
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring about 1 liter of water to a boil. Add the eggs to the boiling water and cook for approximately 7 minutes. Then drain the eggs, shock them with cold water, and peel them.
- 2. Cut the eggs into small cubes. Halve the onions, peel them, and chop finely. Also chop the trout into small pieces. Wash the chives, pat dry, and slice into thin rings.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, onions, and trout with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Slice the baguette, spread with the trout cream, and garnish with chives. Enjoy your meal!
