🍳 Baguette with Caprese and Basil

Ingredients
- Vine tomatoes 4 pcs
- Mozzarella 250 g
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Baguette 2 pcs
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, cut them in half, remove the stems, and slice them thinly. Pat the mozzarella dry and slice it thinly as well. Wash the basil leaves, shake them dry, pluck them off, and tear them into smaller pieces if needed.
- 2. Cut the baguettes lengthwise, drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil on each half, and sprinkle with salt. Alternate the tomato and mozzarella slices on the halves and season generously with salt and pepper.
- 3. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the Caprese baguettes and garnish with basil. Enjoy your meal!
