  2. 2. Warm the mixture for 2 minutes at 37 degrees on setting 1.
  3. 3. Add 500 grams of flour and the salt.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for 2 minutes on the dough kneading setting.
  5. 5. Place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise for about 90 minutes.
  8. 8. Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface.
  9. 9. Divide the dough into 3 equal pieces.
  10. 10. Knead each piece of dough vigorously.
  11. 11. Shape the pieces into round loaves.
  12. 12. Cover the loaves with cling film or a damp cloth.
  13. 13. Let the loaves rise for about 20 minutes.
  14. 14. Gently press one piece of dough flat into a rectangle.
  15. 15. Roll the rectangle up tightly.
  16. 16. Stretch the roll under slight pressure into a baguette shape.
  17. 17. Place the baguettes seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
