  2. 2. Heat the mixture with the measuring cup inserted for 3 minutes on speed 1 at 37 degrees Celsius.
  3. 3. Let the yeast mixture rest for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add flour, olive oil, and 2 teaspoons of salt.
  5. 5. Knead the dough on the kneading setting for 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Take the dough out of the bowl and shape it into a ball.
  7. 7. Place the dough ball in a covered bowl.
  8. 8. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  9. 9. Knead the risen dough again briefly.
  10. 10. Divide the dough into 8 equal-sized balls.
  11. 11. Press a hole into the center of each ball using a spoon handle.
  12. 12. Gently twist the hole to create the characteristic bagel shape.
  13. 13. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  14. 14. Make sure the bagels have enough space between them.
