  2. 2. Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core.
  3. 3. Roughly grate the apple pieces.
  4. 4. Rinse the dill and remove the thick stems.
  5. 5. Finely chop the dill leaves.
  6. 6. Cut the lemon in half.
  7. 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  8. 8. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
  9. 9. Peel the cucumber if you do not like the skin.
  10. 10. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  11. 11. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves.
  12. 12. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them well.
  13. 13. Put the cream cheese into a bowl.
  14. 14. Add the grated apple to the cream cheese.
  15. 15. Add the chopped dill to the bowl.
  16. 16. Mix all ingredients well together.
