🍳 Crunchy Bagels with Salmon and Apple-Dill Cream

Ingredients
- Apples, red 1 pc.
- Dill, fresh 20 g
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Cucumbers 0.5 pc.
- Mini Romaine 1 pc.
- Cream cheese, plain 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Bagel 4 pcs.
- Smoked salmon 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apple under running water.
- 2. Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core.
- 3. Roughly grate the apple pieces.
- 4. Rinse the dill and remove the thick stems.
- 5. Finely chop the dill leaves.
- 6. Cut the lemon in half.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 8. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 9. Peel the cucumber if you do not like the skin.
- 10. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- 11. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves.
- 12. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them well.
- 13. Put the cream cheese into a bowl.
- 14. Add the grated apple to the cream cheese.
- 15. Add the chopped dill to the bowl.
- 16. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 17. Add the lemon juice to the mixture.
- 18. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
- 19. Slice the bagels in half.
- 20. Toast the bagel halves if you like.
- 21. Spread the apple-dill cream onto the bagel halves.
- 22. Place the salmon pieces on the spread side.
- 23. Distribute the cucumber slices on the salmon.
- 24. Place the lettuce leaves on top.
- 25. Place the other bagel half on top and serve the sandwich.
