  2. 2. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly and chop it roughly.
  3. 3. Put the chopped wild garlic into the mixing container of your device.
  4. 4. Chop the wild garlic for 5 seconds on speed 8.
  5. 5. Push the wild garlic pieces from the inner wall down to the bottom using a spatula.
  6. 6. Chop the wild garlic again for 5 seconds on speed 8.
  7. 7. Add the salt and mix everything for 10 seconds on speed 6.
  8. 8. Spread the wild garlic salt thinly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  9. 9. Dry the salt in the oven for about 2 hours.
  10. 10. Use the salt immediately or fill it into screw-top jars.
  11. 11. Store the jars in a cool and dry place until you need them.
