Ingredients
- wild garlic 100 g
- sea salt 250 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 50 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly and chop it roughly.
- 3. Put the chopped wild garlic into the mixing container of your device.
- 4. Chop the wild garlic for 5 seconds on speed 8.
- 5. Push the wild garlic pieces from the inner wall down to the bottom using a spatula.
- 6. Chop the wild garlic again for 5 seconds on speed 8.
- 7. Add the salt and mix everything for 10 seconds on speed 6.
- 8. Spread the wild garlic salt thinly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 9. Dry the salt in the oven for about 2 hours.
- 10. Use the salt immediately or fill it into screw-top jars.
- 11. Store the jars in a cool and dry place until you need them.
