Ingredients
- Radishes 1 bunch
- Wild garlic 50 g
- Fresh cheese, plain 400 g
- Milk 4 tbsp
- Sweet mustard 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Cucumbers 1 pc.
- Kohlrabi 2 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radishes thoroughly, trim the ends, and dice them finely. Rinse the wild garlic, dry it well, and slice it into strips.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with milk, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in the radishes and wild garlic.
- 3. Wash the cucumber and kohlrabi, peel if desired, and cut into sticks. Serve the wild garlic dip with the vegetable sticks.
