Ingredients
- wild garlic 50 g
- lemons 1 pcs
- olive oil 20 g
- cream cheese, plain 150 g
- curd cheese, skimmed 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Shake the greens dry so that no droplets remain.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves into a small bowl.
- 5. Put the olive oil and the wild garlic into the mixing container.
- 6. Place the measuring cup on the lid of the mixing container.
- 7. Chop the ingredients for 5 seconds on speed 8.
- 8. Push the mixture down from the inner wall using a spatula.
- 9. Chop the mixture again for 5 seconds on speed 8.
- 10. Add the fresh cheese, low-fat quark, salt, and pepper.
- 11. Add one tablespoon of the previously squeezed lemon juice.
- 12. Mix everything for 20 seconds on speed 3.
- 13. Serve the spread immediately or store it in the refrigerator.
