Ingredients
- Bacon 100 g
- Maple syrup 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Barbecue sauce 2 tbsp
- sour cream 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bacon into coarse cubes.
- 2. Heat a frying pan on high heat.
- 3. Fry the bacon in it for about 3 minutes until crispy.
- 4. Add one tablespoon of maple syrup.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat immediately.
- 6. Mix ketchup and barbecue sauce with sour cream in a bowl.
- 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Fold the prepared bacon into the sauce.
- 9. Serve the bacon dip immediately.
