🍽️ Crispy Bacon Cheese Burgers with Crunchy Cucumber Relish

Ingredients
- Ground beef 600 g
- Salt Pinch
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- Onions, yellow 1 pc
- Garlic cloves 1 pc
- Pickles 200 g
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes on the vine 1 pc
- Lettuce 0.25 pc
- Bacon 8 slices
- Butter cheese slices 4 slices
- Hamburger buns 4 pc
Instructions
- 1. Put the minced meat, one teaspoon of salt, some pepper, and paprika powder into the mixing container.
- 2. Mix the ingredients for 30 seconds on speed level 3.
- 3. Shape the mixture into four burger patties (meat balls).
- 4. Keep the patties cool until you are ready to grill them.
- 5. Peel one onion and one clove of garlic.
- 6. Put the onion and garlic into the mixing container.
- 7. Chop them for 4 seconds on speed level 8.
- 8. Scrape down the sides with a spatula.
- 9. Add the pickles.
- 10. Chop everything again for 4 seconds on speed level 8.
- 11. Scrape down the mixture with the spatula.
- 12. Add the oil.
- 13. Cook the mixture for 3 minutes on the sauté setting.
- 14. Add sugar, vinegar, mustard, some salt, and pepper.
- 15. Let the relish simmer for 10 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed level 1.
- 16. Wash the tomatoes under running water.
- 17. Remove the hard stem at the top.
- 18. Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds.
- 19. Separate the leaves from the lettuce head.
- 20. Wash the lettuce leaves and let them drain.
- 21. Keep the tomatoes and lettuce in the fridge until serving.
- 22. Preheat your grill.
- 23. Place the burger patties and the bacon slices on the hot grill.
- 24. Fry them for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- 25. Place one slice of cheese on each patty in the last 2 minutes.
- 26. Let the cheese melt.
- 27. Halve the burger buns.
- 28. Spread the cucumber relish on the bottom halves of the buns.
- 29. Place a lettuce leaf on top.
- 30. Place the patty with the melted cheese on top.
- 31. Add a bit more cucumber relish.
- 32. Place the tomato slices on top.
- 33. Place the top half of the bun on.
- 34. Serve the bacon cheese burger with the cucumber relish.
